Waking up Early 4:00 am Every Day Will Change Your Life
It is so important to waking up early? “I do not sleep when I’m tired, I sleep when I’m done.” Most millionaires wake up at 4 in the morning. “So, I start at 4 in the morning when I wake up and do my cardio (aerobic), then I have breakfast and then I go to the gym, and then I go to work.”
Some of you have no idea what 4 o’clock in the morning looks like. “Why not wake up 4:30?” Because you’re too busy sleeping.
Why Waking up Early?
Too busy pressing the “snooze button” several times. Excuses sound best to the person who is inventing them. And if we can really be honest. Some of you still do not even go to bed before 4 in the morning. If you can wake up before the rest of the world is awake right? Before the enemy is awake. You can do so much, you will be much more productive.
Stop feeling sorry for yourself … wake up on this shit! “And then they ask me, why do you wake up so early?” Take responsibility for making your life happy. Wake the beast inside you.
So I started to wonder, must have a reason … “When you have something to do, when there is someone to love, when there is something to conquer, will you wake up in the morning?” “People who have a goal in front of them do not need an alarm clock, Because they have a reason to live! ” If you want to have one of the best lives in the world, which is to live by your own rules … … you have to pay the price to get there.
You have decided that you will not let the abyss, the things, the people, the life, determine who you are going to be. “You have a problem with your life, you have a problem with your environment, do something about it.” If you want to have more FREEDOM in your life, you will have to have more DISCIPLINE. If you do what is easy your life will be difficult. But if you do what is difficult your life will be easy.
Waking up Early Benefits
On a normal day, when you are very productive, think about how much you can do in 3 hours. If you seriously dedicate yourself to it you can study several chapters for that coming test. You can read an entire book of approximately 150 pages. You can do an entire workout, take a shower, and have the time to get ready in 3 hours. You can write countless chapters of your book in 3 hours. What I mean is you can get 3 hours closer to the grandiose in 3 hours.
There is an article that was published in the “Business Insider” that said that 3 hours seem to be the ideal spot (Sweet Spot) to be significantly successful. So here’s the question:
What are you missing out on sleeping over?
What are you giving up for more sleep?
What are you gaining from sleeping more?
What are you conquering by sleeping more?
I know what you’re thinking, I know what you’re saying to yourself, you’re probably thinking, “Well, who wakes up early?”
Tim Cook, the CEO of Apple, wakes up early.
Bob Iger, the CEO of Disney, wakes up early.
Avon CEO Andrea Jung wakes up early.
Howard Schultz, the CEO of Starbucks, wakes up early.
Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, wake up early.
And you … what time do you wake up?
You are missing out on precious moments and opportunities to do things.You’ve heard the excuse, “I do not have enough time in the day.” or maybe you’ve heard people say, “I wish I had more time.”
My question is:
What are you doing with the time you have?
Better yet, if you complain that you do not have enough time, what are you doing to “create” time?
What areas are you willing to sacrifice to produce more time?
The truth is, you have time though you may not be using it wisely.
Well, guess what?
Elon Musk has 24 hours.
Beyoncé has 24 hours.
LeBron James has 24 hours.
Warren Buffett has 24 hours.
Bill Gates has 24 hours.
Jeff Bezos has 24 hours.
Mark Zuckerberg has 24 hours.
You also have 24 hours.
Everyone has 24 hours a day.
But some seem to be more successful than others.
Do you know why?
Because they value time and know how important time is. And if they feel they do not have enough time … they do not hesitate to sacrifice things to create more time.
So if that means you have to wake up at 4 in the morning to earn another three hours in your day then that’s what you have to do! There is no “if”, “and” or “but”. That’s it if you want to be successful. If not … keep sleeping until 10 in the morning or later. In 5 years, you will find yourself in the same situation as you are now. If not, you do not have to listen to anything else I’m telling you. But I just assumed that I was talking to someone who wants to prosper at all costs.
Someone who wants to pass the tests, who wants to reach a level that he did not even know existed. I want you to try. For one day, just one day, wake up at 4 in the morning. See what you can possibly achieve in those 3 or 4 hours. After that, wake up the second day at 4 in the morning, do the same thing. After that, do it for a week. After that, do it for 21 days until it becomes a habit. Challenge yourself. That’s the only way you’ll do better.
